It's a Red "Passito Langhe" wine producted with overripe grapes of "Dolcetto"

It's the greatest expression of our winery: this is a liqueur wine obtained from grapes of “Dolcetto di Dogliani” which are ripened in the vineyard about one month more to the normal harvest.

With 100 kg of grapes you can only get 28 litres of wine!

If this type of wine is served cold becames an excellent aperitif, instead if it's served a ambient temperature it is amazing with desserts in particulary chocolate sweets.

Its gradation changes with the harvest and can reach 16 degrees.

Dogliani Superiore D.O.C.G. ''Vigna Nonno Giovanni''

This is a variation of traditional name “Dolcetto di Dogliani”, born in 2005 to grow up the typologies of “dolcetto” that have a strong structure and more greate alcohol inside.

The flavour is dry, almond, harmonious; the color is ruby red.

It becames this type of wine with the vinification only dolcetto grapes and the the minimum alcohol inside is 14 degrees.

Dogliani D.O.C.G.

This wine can explain in an optimum way the features of youth and sympathy.

It is distinguished with it's red colour, remarkably fruit flavour, dry, delicately almond taste with a good structure.

This wine is recommended by connoisseurs for all meals, it's a good combination with typical dishes of langhe and strong food.

Its gradation is 13,5 degrees.

Langhe Dolcetto D.O.C.

This wine borns by a quality of dolcetto wineyard, the colour is ruby red until to purplish.

It is a wine that accompanies piemonte appetizers, salami, roast, white meats and soft and half-hard cheeses of langhe zone.

Its gradation is 12 degrees.

Langhe Barbera D.O.C.

This wine is dry, a lot of acidity, slightly tannic taste and a nice deep red colour.

It is the most wine consumed in Piemonte and the name sinks its origins before the year 1000.

Its gradation is 13 degrees.

«NON LO SO» white wine

The year that I decided to create this wine I mixed in a steel tank more than three qualities of white grapes typical of our territory langhe... people asked me what was inside and I answered: “I don't know....”

Dry white wine with citrus smell and an acidity very balanced, lovely to accompany all types of fish and seafood.

It's gradation is 12,5 degrees.

If we decide to serve it to less than 8 degrees is also excellent as an aperitif.

Grignò (rosé)

It is a finally result of a little selection of dolcetto and grignolino grapes that born in the vineyard of our company. The must obtained pressing the grapes is brought to low temperature and staies in contact of the skins for a limited time.

It is put in the bottles very early into january, the color is soft red, has a floreal smell as a rose but also fruity scent like apple, currant.

This wine is excellent for appetizers, beautifully accompanies the red meats and fresh cheeses but pizza too.

Its gradation come on 12 degrees and it must be served cold around 4/5°C.

Spumante Brut Cascina Cuccarelli

It's a young and sparkling wine, fruity and light, it's delicious like aperitif and excellent for all meals but it need to pay attention to serve near dishes not too heavy and with strong flavour.

The grapes used are only Chardonnay, while the winemaking method follows the disciplinary Charmat.

It must be served very cold and its gradation is 11,5 degrees.
